Simple request Octagonal 3m green parasol, delay in delivery arrived as a Hexagonal 2.7m, had to send back, next arrived Hexagonal 3m, had to send back and cancel, garden trends deal with sub contract suppliers so no direct control. Hope you have a better experience

Ordered table and chairs, unfortunately it was our of stock but was offered the nest set up for the same price. Table and chairs arrived and we put them together, they look amazing, we cannot wait for the better weather to start using them.

Initially asked to be notified when my item was back in stock. Although it took a while to come back in stock, really pleased to be notified as so many places don’t let you know! From there, ordering, delivery and communication throughout was great. Thank you :)

We ordered a fire pit dining set, it was by far the most reasonably priced we found, delivery was quick and the set is beautiful. Hopefully the nicer weather will be here soon so we can use it

Item ordered was very good. But it was too big. My fault for not checking. Had to return it for a refund.staff very helpful. Their courier service let them down. Arranged dates twice. No one turned up on those dates. 3rd time lucky and refund was given after a prompt from myself. All in all satisfied.

Excellent Service, received items very quickly. I ordered three of the same but was disappointed to find that one of them had been used, possibly, a display item. In all fairness, I should have been advised of this and a possible further reduction.

Really good prices, and very speedy delivery. I have tried them all, and I can’t wait for next Christmas, so I can try them properly….but maybe I won’t wait that long. Really impressed with the outdoor battery operated ones. Kept informed every step of the way. So very pleased.

I spoke to a lovely lady who told me they were out of stock. However, I received an e-mail a few days later saying that this item was back in stock, so I ordered one. It came well packed and very quickly but it looks really cheap. The "needles" look really "plasticy" and it isn't great; however, for the price it is okay.

Easy to order, delivered in a timely manner with package undamaged. Orderedfibre optic Christmas tree in their sale and it is exactly what I wanted. No hesitation in recommending this company.
